Osteopathy
Osteopathy used a combination of hands on manual therapy, such as manipulation, mobilisation and massage, alongside exercise to help reduce pain and improve movement. There are many forms of Osteopathy, but here at CMC Osteopathy we're evidence based, providing honest, effective care focused on doing what's right for you.
Initial consultation- For new patients or patients returning for the first time in 18months+

Injury rehabilitation
Some conditions require less of the hands on approach, and more of the exercise. In person rehabilitation sessions are carried out within our Osteopathy appointments, and you are provided with ongoing management and exercise plans you can take home, to the gym or to your personal trainer, helping you get stronger, fitter and back to what you love.
Sports massage therapy
Deep tissue techniques used to reduce aches and pain from sports and exercise, or day to day life. These sessions are aimed at those with small muscular aches and pains or general tightness, for significant injuries or chronic conditions, an osteopathy appointment would be recommended.
