Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, but to ensure all our patients have access to care, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellation can be made via E-Mail, WhatsApp, Phone or through your appointment confirmation email.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
No-Show Fee
Missing your appointment without notice (no-show) will incur a 100% service fee charge.
